Cohen explained that Trump has burnt so many top white-shoe firms that they have no interest in representing him, and he is an incredibly difficult client. Cohen also criticized Trump's knee-jerk reactions and petulant behavior, which partly explains why he is now under indictment. Cohen was sentenced to three years in prison after pleading guilty to campaign finance violations, lying to Congress, and other charges, which he said was done on behalf of Trump.
