Squatter teacher and family evicted from luxury Texas home after one year.

A Texas public school teacher and her family allegedly squatted in a luxury Houston home for months by forging a lease agreement. The realtor hired to sell the home had to go to court several times to get the family to move out, and a judge ultimately agreed that the family was fraudulently staying in the home. The family moved out on June 15th, and the realtor is now working to keep squatters out completely. Squatting incidents have been on the rise in certain areas across the country.
