The Urgent Need for International Regulations on Military AI

The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) has developed a Roadmap for Artificial Intelligence (AI) to address the security challenges associated with AI and its impact on critical infrastructure. The roadmap includes five lines of effort, which involve responsibly using AI to support CISA's mission, assuring AI systems, protecting critical infrastructure from malicious use of AI, collaborating with interagency and international partners, and expanding AI expertise in the workforce. CISA aims to promote the beneficial use of AI, ensure AI systems are protected from cyber threats, and deter the malicious use of AI capabilities.
