Toddler accidentally shoots and kills pregnant mother in Ohio.

A pregnant woman in Ohio was shot and killed by her 2-year-old son after he accidentally came into contact with a gun in their home. The woman's unborn child also died as a result of the shooting. The woman had safety measures in place, but was unaware the child had picked up the gun while she was doing laundry. The woman's husband posted on Facebook about the loss of his wife and unborn son.
