Tragic Drowning in Lake Michigan Claims Chicago Man's Life

A 27-year-old man from Chicago drowned while swimming near the boat ramps at Whiting's Whihala Beach in Lake Michigan. Despite efforts by his friends and dive teams, his body was recovered and he was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital.
