Twin Falls bystander hailed as hero after Idaho restaurant shooting

A bystander, Jordan Salinas, confronted an armed shooter at an In-N-Out in Twin Falls, Idaho, alongside an off-duty officer, forcing the suspect to flee before dying by a self-inflicted gunshot. At least three people were killed and about seven injured in the attack. Salinas, a 35-year-old healthcare worker, described using a four-step “observe, orient, decide, act” approach and said he acted without fear. Authorities are investigating motive and caution against misinformation as victims’ identities are released.
