Fatal Shooting by Orlando Officer During Traffic Stop Raises Questions of Excessive Force

A 26-year-old man was shot and killed by a police officer during a traffic stop in downtown Orlando. The officer claimed the man disobeyed commands and made a movement as if to retrieve a gun, although no gun was found at the scene.
