Mountain Lion Attacks on Humans in the Wild West

A Colorado man was clawed by a mountain lion while sitting in a hot tub with his wife. The couple used a flashlight and made noise to fend off the animal, which allowed them to return inside their rental property. The man had four "superficial scratches" on the top of his head and near his right ear. Colorado Parks and Wildlife are searching for the mountain lion and have set a trap nearby where the encounter took place "in hopes of catching the lion."
