Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said he will attend the UN General Assembly in New York despite City Mayor Zohran Mamdani’s threat to arrest him over an ICC warrant for war crimes in Gaza; Mamdani later acknowledged he lacks the authority to enforce the warrant, but Netanyahu accused him of fomenting hate, pointing to recent stabbings in New York and broader tensions surrounding Israel-Gaza actions.
