TL;DR

Zac Veen went 2-for-4 with a walk and two runs for Triple-A Albuquerque, pushing his August line to .455/.514/.1.121 with five home runs, 12 RBI, 13 runs and two steals in eight games, showcasing continued power and contact. Despite the hot streak, Colorado’s outfield glut (Mickey Moniak, Cole Carrigg, Jake McCarthy) leaves little room for a major-lele call-up anytime soon.
