City land Enzo Fernández in record £125m move from Chelsea

Manchester City have reportedly agreed a £125m transfer for Chelsea midfielder Enzo Fernández, a British record, reuniting him with Enzo Maresca at City after months of speculation. City paid £5m more than an earlier £120m bid to seal the deal now, leaving Chelsea with little time to replace him as Lamine Camara, Manu Koné and Alex Scott have been ruled out, forcing reliance on in‑house options while Caicedo, Lavia and Barco develop.
