Hit-and-Run Driver Injures Pedestrians Outside Guaranteed Rate Field in Chicago

A 20-year-old man without a driver's license drove through a crowd of pedestrians crossing the street to head into Guaranteed Rate Field, severely injuring four people. The man faces four counts of aggravated reckless driving, along with misdemeanor driving on a suspended license and three traffic citations. The victims suffered traumatic injuries, with one remaining unresponsive and intubated. The driver had two active suspensions of his driving privileges for failing to appear in court for citations, including one for fleeing and attempting to elude officers.
