Jackson Mahomes, who is facing charges of sexual battery and battery, has been allowed to contact three out of four witnesses he requested to speak with in the case. However, the judge ruled that he cannot have contact with one witness who has a relationship with one of the alleged victims. The witnesses are not allowed to discuss the case, and could be held in contempt of court if they do. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for August 31.
