MSU Trustees Reject AG's Request for Unredacted Nassar Documents

The Michigan State University Board of Trustees has refused to waive attorney-client privilege on more than 6,000 documents that have been withheld from an investigation into the university's handling of complaints regarding serial sexual molester Larry Nassar. The documents have been withheld for more than six years from an investigation launched by the Michigan Attorney General's office. The decision not to release the documents was criticized by victim advocates at the trustee meeting.
