Detroit Mourns the Loss of Basketball Legend Earl Cureton at 66

Earl Cureton, a beloved Detroit basketball legend, passed away suddenly at the age of 66. Known as "The Twirl," Cureton had a successful career as a Detroit high school and University of Detroit basketball standout, as well as a Detroit Pistons center. He played 17 seasons in the NBA, winning championships with the Philadelphia 76ers and Houston Rockets. Cureton was also a community ambassador for the Pistons and a Titans television analyst.
