Manchester City's star striker Erling Haaland has been ruled out of the game against Liverpool due to a groin injury. Haaland has been in stunning form, scoring nine goals in his last three games in all competitions for City. Pep Guardiola gave a positive update on Haaland's injury, but he will not be risked if there's any doubt around his fitness. Haaland could return for the trip to Southampton on Apr. 8, but Guardiola may choose to rest him for their massive UEFA Champions League quarterfinal first leg against Bayern Munich on Apr. 11.
