Celtics and Knicks Show Interest in Former All-Star Ben Simmons
TL;DR
The Boston Celtics are among four teams interested in former All-Star Ben Simmons, who has recently discussed potential deals with the Phoenix Suns and has drawn interest from the Knicks and Kings. Simmons, who was bought out by the Nets and played for the Clippers last season, could fit into Boston's rotation given their roster changes, but salary cap constraints may limit their options. The Celtics have already signed two free agents and are considering trades to open up cap space.
