Despite their accomplishments and statistics, some SEC football stars never made first-team All-American for a qualifying organization and will never appear on the ballot for the College Football Hall of Fame. This includes players like Georgia's Nick Chubb, Alabama's Ken Stabler, and Ole Miss' Eli Manning. The eligibility window for the Class of 2024 is open for All-Americans who played in the past 50 years but haven’t played in 10 seasons and aren’t playing in the NFL.
