The Miami Police Department stated that the State Attorney's Office will not pursue charges due to insufficient evidence. McGregor's attorney expressed relief, and TMZ Sports reported that investigators found no signs of distress during the alleged assault. McGregor, who has not fought since 2021 due to a broken leg, is expected to return to the UFC in 2024.
