Deion Sanders' Debut as Colorado Coach Draws Record Crowd and Excitement.

Over 45,000 people attended the annual Colorado spring game to witness the Deion Sanders era begin in earnest. Despite near-freezing temperatures and snow, the sellout crowd packed into Folsom Field in Boulder to get a glimpse of the new-look Buffs led by their superstar head coach. Sanders was more hype man and emcee than playcaller, and his son Shedeur threw for a couple of touchdowns in the spring game format. Sanders has already had many recruiting victories, including bringing former top overall recruit Travis Hunter from Jackson State to Boulder.
