Giants dominate Brewers with power and pitching.

Michael Conforto hit his 11th homer of the season to help the San Francisco Giants beat the Milwaukee Brewers 5-0 in the series opener. The Giants used a bullpen game to shut out the Brewers, with Scott Alexander starting and six relievers combining to allow just four hits and two walks while striking out 13 batters. Casey Schmitt and Patrick Bailey also hit RBI doubles to pad the Giants' lead. The win brings the Giants to a 25-25 record and they will look to move over the .500 mark for the first time this season in the second game of the series on Friday night.
