NBA and Players Agree on New Labor Deal.

The NBA and its players have reached a new seven-year collective bargaining agreement, pending ratification, which will begin this summer and last through at least the 2028-29 season. The deal includes the implementation of an in-season tournament and a second luxury tax level. The agreement still needs to be voted on by both owners and players and the document will need to be written.
