The Philadelphia Flyers have announced a multi-year partnership with Independence Blue Cross, making the health insurer the team's first-ever official home jersey patch partner. The deal will see an Independence Blue Cross logo on the right chest of all Flyers home sweaters and the third alternate jersey, as well as special single game discounts for Independence Blue Cross members. Flyers Charities is also hosting an auction to celebrate the partnership, with proceeds benefiting the organization.
