"Reds promote top prospect Matt McLain, transfer Votto to injured list"

The Cincinnati Reds have called up Matt McLain, the fifth-best prospect by MLB.com, and placed Joey Votto on the 60-day injured list for left biceps and rotator cuff surgeries.
