Verstappen dominates incident-filled FP3 in Melbourne.

Max Verstappen topped the timesheets in the third practice session ahead of Fernando Alonso and Esteban Ocon in Melbourne. Alpine had an impressive showing with Ocon and Pierre Gasly going third and fifth fastest, respectively. Sergio Perez struggled with his braking and finished sixth fastest. Carlos Sainz set the early pace on the soft tyre, while Lando Norris was at the bottom of the pack with a suspected clutch problem. The qualifying session looks set to be fascinating ahead of Sunday's Australian Grand Prix.
