Washington Secures Shared Control of Pac-12, Defying Washington State and Oregon State

The Washington Supreme Court has granted the University of Washington's emergency motion to prevent Washington State and Oregon State from taking sole control of the Pac-12's governance and remaining assets. This ruling ensures the input of all 12 current members of the conference, delaying any aggressive actions that the two schools may have wanted to take. Motions for discretionary review will be filed by December 12.
