West Coast Hurricane Forces MLB and MLS Schedule Changes

The Tampa Bay Rays and Los Angeles Angels will play a split doubleheader on Saturday due to the rare occurrence of Hurricane Hilary heading towards the West Coast of the United States. The game times have been adjusted to allow the Rays to return home before the storm's arrival. The Rays will start Zach Eflin in the night game and Tyler Glasnow in the matinee. The team has also called up Cooper Criswell as the 27th man for bullpen depth. Wander Franco, who is under investigation for alleged inappropriate relationship with a minor, has reportedly hired noted sports attorney Jay Riesinger. Reliever Andrew Kittredge has returned to the team after completing his rehab from Tommy John surgery.
