TL;DR

US President Donald Trump travels to Ohio to attend the Patriot Games, a Freedom 250–backed competition for 14–17-year-olds from every state celebrating the US’s 250th anniversary. The event features track and field, dodgeball and kickball, with winners receiving $125,000 scholarships; ESPN will air the events and ABC will broadcast a one-hour special as Trump attends the final day’s top 32 athletes. Critics have questioned the event’s diversity and likened it to Hunger Games.
