Jack Black campaigns for Pedro Pascal as Wario in Super Mario Bros. sequel

Jack Black, who voiced Bowser in the Super Mario Bros. Movie, suggests Pedro Pascal should voice Mario's arch-rival, Wario, in the sequel. Black is unsure if his character will return for the follow-up film, but believes Pascal would be perfect for the role. The animated movie was a box office hit, grossing $377.5M globally, and featured a star-studded voice cast including Chris Pratt, Anya Taylor-Joy, Charlie Day, Keegan-Michael Key, Fred Armisen, Charles Martinet, Khary Payton, and Seth Rogen.
