Microsoft's legal team referenced a PlayStation Superman game in a document responding to concerns that the company's acquisition of Activision Blizzard may render its games exclusive to Xbox. However, the reference was most likely a typo, and the game they probably meant to write was Marvel's Spider-Man. A Superman game hasn't been made for PlayStation consoles since Superman Returns for PS2.
