FTC Investigates Nintendo's Call of Duty Deal with Microsoft.

The US Federal Trade Commission has reportedly subpoenaed Nintendo of America's VP of publisher and developer relations, Steve Singer, to give a seven-hour testimony regarding the 10-year licensing deal between Nintendo and Microsoft to bring Call of Duty to Nintendo platforms. Nintendo has tried to dismiss the subpoena, calling it "untimely." The FTC is attempting to collect as much information as possible related to the upcoming Microsoft-Activision merger in order to block the $68.7 billion merger.
