GW unveils pre-painted 40k terrain box priced at about $340

Games Workshop revealed its first ready-painted Warhammer 40k terrain box, Battlefields: Armageddon, designed for a full 2000-point game and priced just over $340 (roughly double the cost of the regular unpainted terrain). The standard painted Battlefields box (Combat Patrol: Battlezone) is around $170, with three smaller unpainted Armageddon kits shown but not priced. Release is planned for autumn, and the box appears targeted at clubs, stores, and hobbyists willing to invest in a complete table setup.
