"Kojima's Return: Developing a Metal Gear-Style Action Espionage Game for PlayStation"

Hideo Kojima's Kojima Productions announced a new action-espionage project called Physint during the State of Play presentation, signaling a return to the espionage genre reminiscent of Metal Gear Solid. The game will be a new, original IP and full development will commence after the release of Death Stranding 2: On the Beach, set for 2025. Kojima hinted at a collaboration with Sony, incorporating elements of film and music into the project, but it's unclear if Physint will be a PlayStation exclusive. Additionally, the team is also working on a third game, OD, in collaboration with Jordan Peele, making for a busy period for Kojima and his team.
