'Lord of the Rings: Heroes of Middle-earth' set to launch on May 10th with turn-based combat.

EA is set to release the free-to-play mobile game Lord of the Rings: Heroes of Middle-earth on May 10th, featuring characters from both The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit, turn-based combat, and microtransactions. It is one of five LOTR games currently in development by Embracer, including Lord of the Rings: Gollum, set to launch on May 25th. The game features a "stylized realism art style" and offers a more diverse and inclusive Middle-earth. Pre-registration is now open for the game.
