In Diablo 4, players can craft Royal Gems at the Jeweler once they reach Level 70, but they can pick up and use these gems at Level 60 without having to craft them. Flawless Gems can be crafted at the Jeweler when the player reaches Level 60. These gems are weaker than Royal Gems but still provide great benefits to your gear. Royal and Flawless Skulls can also be crafted, which provide arguably better buffs to your gear.
