Microsoft's Xbox Game Pass Friends & Family Preview to Conclude in August

Microsoft is ending its Xbox Game Pass Friends & Family plan on August 15th, which allowed members to share benefits with up to four friends or family members. The plan was initially launched as a preview program in certain countries and has since expanded. Existing preview members will receive Xbox Game Pass Ultimate codes as a thank you. This announcement comes shortly after Microsoft increased the prices for Xbox Game Pass subscriptions. It is unclear if the Friends & Family plan will return or if Microsoft will introduce a new offering in the future.
