Nexon's Cease and Desist Results in Dark and Darker's Removal from Steam

Dark and Darker, an action RPG game and Diablo-inspired dungeon crawler, has been removed from Steam following a cease and desist letter from Nexon. The Japanese-South Korean publisher accused Ironmace, the game's developers, of stealing game code for a project entitled 'P3'. Ironmace denied the allegations, but was raided by Korean police in early March. Dark and Darker peaked at over 100,000 concurrent players per day in February.
