Nintendo Discontinues 3DS and Wii U eShop Download Code Redemption

Nintendo has officially ended the ability to redeem download codes for the 3DS and Wii U eShops, marking the end of purchasing or acquiring new digital software on these platforms. The extended code redemption period, which was announced last week, has also ended in the west. Existing downloads will still be accessible.
