Nintendo Pressures GameStop to Fire Employee for Zelda Switch Leak

A former GameStop employee claims he was fired at Nintendo's request after sharing a leak about a limited edition The Legend of Zelda-themed Nintendo Switch OLED console. The employee shared an image of an internal GameStop inventory screen on Reddit, which turned out to be accurate. He says he was suspended and then terminated shortly thereafter, with a store manager allegedly telling him that Nintendo had asked for his termination or their contract with GameStop would be in jeopardy.
