A modder has released a 4K Texture Pack for Red Dead Redemption 2 that improves the textures of all story/main characters. The pack enhances the faces, bodies, and hair/beards of characters that appear in the game's cut-scenes. The mod is compatible with other HD Texture Packs for the game, including those that overhaul weapons, hair, ground & rock textures, vegetation textures, and interior lighting.
