Sony's Time and Response to Microsoft's Call of Duty Plans.

Microsoft has stated that Sony has "sufficient" time to develop alternatives to Call of Duty, even if a 10-year deal is signed between Sony and PlayStation. Microsoft believes that the "practical effect" of the remedy will go beyond ten years, and games downloaded in the final year of the remedy can continue to be played for the lifetime of that console. It's ultimately up to the CMA, European Commission, and FTC to decide on the acquisition, and if they agree, Sony will have little choice but to make the best of it.
