A speedrunner and YouTuber named Zdi6923 has set a new world record for completing The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom in under an hour, with a time of 59 minutes and 22 seconds. The run is full of skips and wild strategies that break the game in many ways, and takes place mostly in the Sky Islands. Tears of the Kingdom launched on May 12 and has received universal acclaim from critics and players, selling over 10 million copies in its first three days on the market.
