A 10-bedroom luxury home located in Aspen, Colorado, just a five-minute walk from the Little Nell ski resort, has sold for $65 million, $35 million less than its original asking price of $100 million. The property features a modern design with traditional ski elements, including exposed stone walls and dark wood detailing. It offers ski-in, ski-out access and is fully furnished, including contemporary artworks and a large statue. The property was owned by Detroit-based philanthropist and manufacturing entrepreneur Joel Tauber, who purchased it in 1996 for just over $9 million.
