Cher slashes Malibu estate price by $10 million to $75 million.

Singer and actress Cher has relisted her Italian Renaissance-style estate in Malibu for $75 million, a $10 million, or 12% decrease from her ask of $85 million last October. The property overlooks the Pacific Ocean and features 13,126 square feet of living space with seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, as well as a tennis court and gate house. Cher bought the underlying property for $2.95 million in 1989 and had the villa built in 1999. She has owned several prime Los Angeles-area properties, including the historic Owlwood Estate in Holmby Hills.
