The Florida mansion of late sun care entrepreneur Ron Rice, who founded Hawaiian Tropic suntan lotion, has been listed for sale for the first time ever at $4.9m. The 12,000 sq ft property features a disco dance floor, indoor-outdoor pool and a general aesthetic of 1980s glamor and excess. The four-bedroom, five-bathroom residence was built by Rice in 1987 and has remained in his ownership ever since. The estate includes 200 feet of beach frontage and three pools connected by expansive outdoor decking.
