ASUS ROG Ally: Teardown, Gaming Performance, and Comparison with Nintendo Switch.

A teardown by iFixit has revealed that the ASUS ROG Ally is easier to open and repair than Valve's Steam Deck. The battery is easier to remove, and the thumbsticks and circuit boards can be easily replaced. However, the display is held in place with a lot of adhesive, making it difficult to remove without the right tools. ASUS has not committed to offering replacement parts for the ROG Ally, so users may have to source parts from other broken devices.
