Remarkable Paper Pure debuts faster, color-free E Ink notepad at $399

Remarkable unveiled Paper Pure, a 10.3-inch black-and-white E Ink tablet that omits color and uses a faster Carta 1300 display; it’s priced at $399 with shipping expected in early June (the same price as the Remarkable 2 it replaces) and a $449 bundle that adds an upgraded stylus and Sleeve Folio. The device weighs about 360 g, has up to three weeks of battery life per charge, and includes a few new software features such as Google Calendar/Outlook note prep and document conversion to its native notebook format. An optional Connect subscription offers unlimited cloud storage and advanced editing features.
