Tune Expands Nano Road with Six Wheelsets, Debuting Carbon-Spoke Nano CS Road

Tune expands its Nano line to the road with six wheelsets: Nano Road 35/45/60 and carbon-spoke Nano CS Road 35/45/60. The Nano CS hub uses a patented ball-milled spoke-hole interface to align carbon spokes for a cleaner load path, available in 20/20 or 24/24 configurations (Nano CS Road wheels use 20 spokes front and rear). Nano Road rims are hooked carbon with 24 mm internal and 32 mm external width, compatible with 28–45 mm tires and UCI-approved. Weights: Nano Road 35/45/60 = 1,280 g / 1,340 g / 1,440 g; Nano CS Road = 1,180 g / 1,250 g / 1,350 g. Hub weights are 278 g (20/20 XDR) or 288 g (24/24 XDR). Bearings: Enduro ABEC-5; optional Enduro XD-15 ceramics. Freehubs cover SRAM XDR, Shimano HG, Shimano Microspline, Campagnolo N3W. System weight limit (rider+bike+gear) up to 130 kg; Tune notes 700 Nm torque tolerance and WorldTour-level use of its POEtry 69 freehub. Pricing is not announced yet.
