Building Safety Concerns Highlighted After Tragic Incidents in Iowa and Rochester

Branden Colvin, a resident of the Iowa apartment building that partially collapsed last weekend, was found dead. Two residents of the apartment complex remain unaccounted for, even as search and rescue crews continued to work overnight from Saturday into Sunday.
