Carlee Russell Investigation: Police Debunk Toddler Highway Walking Theory

The Hoover Police Department in Alabama has stated that they have found no evidence of a toddler walking down the highway, despite Carlee Russell reporting it before her disappearance. Police are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding Russell's disappearance and have obtained surveillance footage of her walking alone in her neighborhood before she returned home. Russell was found conscious and speaking when she arrived home and was subsequently treated and released from the hospital. Further information will be shared during a press conference on Wednesday.
